This concerns the upcoming move of UP3985 and UP844, and is from Trainorders.com, from UP's PR guy, Mr. John Bromley:<p>Preliminary plans call for the engines to leave Cheyenne on May 14. The westbound trip is expected to go like this:<br>May 14.........Cheyenne to Rock Springs<br>May 15.........Rock Springs to Ogden<br>May 16.........Ogden display<br>May 17.........Ogden to Elko<br>May 18.........Elko to Winnemucca<br>May 19.........Winnemucca to Sparks<br>May 20.........Sparks layover<br>May 21.........Sparks to Roseville <p>He does not have a full schedule yet, but mentions they usually they get underway each day about 8 a.m.<p>- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <p>I hope this helps you plan for your photo opportunities.<br><br> |
