Can anyone identify the NGH & KC RR? Any help is appreciated.

According to William D. Edson's "Railroad Names" (1999 edition) it is the North Galveston, Houston, and Kansas City Railroad--operated from fiscal year 1893 to fiscal year 1895 and then consolidated with the LaPorte, Houston and Northern RR to form part of the Galveston, LaPorte and Houston RR.
