Hello everybody. I am head of a relatively new organization that plans on restoring an 1884 roundhouse. We are located in a relatively rural town. We would like to initiate some fundraising compaigns to give us a boost while we wait to see if we qualify for Tea-21 grants. Does anybody that has any fundraising experience have any suggestions and/or tips? I would like to hear about your experiences. Thanks.
Gerry K.
HRRHS@aol.com |

Tamaqua PA's "Save Our Station" group seems to have done a fine job rallying local support behind an effort to save Tamaqua's original Reading Railroad passenger station. Perhaps they could give you some pointers.
Tamaqua SOS
330 S. Center St.
Tamaqua PA, 18252
wowak@hotmail.com |
