Post subject: Whitcomb info needed

Hello all,
Just found this board and what a pleasant surprise !
I am the head of the car department at the Fox River Trolley Museum in South Elgin, Illinois.
Due to electrical power problems this year we have been forced to use our 1948 70 ton Whitcomb switcher to power our trains.
The engine is #73 from the Warren & Saline River RR in Arkansas.
Was wondering if anyone here might have some historical background, info, pictures etc of the engine in service ?
Any help is appreciated.
We expect out electric power to be restored in a couple of weeks, until then everyone is invited out on weekends from 11 to 5 for a "different" type of train ride ! We're on Rte 31 in South Elgin, Ill
