Post subject:  New Tourist Line

Foamington, Delaware.

A new tourist railroad was announced today, the Foamington and Nymbysburg Railroad will begin operations this May. The 1 mile round trip will run in a large circle around Pea Patch Island, home the Fort Delaware. The railroad's management does admit to the obvious handicap being that ALL potential railroad patrons can only access the tourist line by first paying for and riding the Three Forts Ferry from Delaware City, De. The railroad gets it's name because the island is in what is known as Foamington Hundred, Delaware. A new housing development nearby is known as Nymbysburg Crest.

The railroad will have 5 steam locomotives, including former Franklin Institute Baldwin 60000, former Queens Anee's and Zephyr Restaurant 0-6-0 #3 and former Pacific Lumber Company #37. Other steam locomotives will be former V&T #11 THE RENO, and Reading T-1 #2100.

However, upset over losing to Delaware in the United States Supreme Court yesterday, over a river boarder dispute, New Jersey has banned all of their residents from ever riding on the F&N. Violators will have all taxes and tolls increased 15% per year for life.
