Long discussions on the steam_tech list about different types of oil burners which are useful in locomotives got me to wondering if there were any available off the shelf that are suitable.
One I have heard of is the LEAHY (sp) burner which seems to be used primarily in marine applications. I can't seem to track their supplier down.
Anybody have any other ideas?
Dave
There is a web site for the Thomas Register of American Manufacturers that may prove useful in your search. Regretably I do not have the web address. I think it is www.thomas-register.com or www.thomasregister.com
