I think the Wiley stoker was (is ? ) an industrial stoker, most likely a moving grate type. Most industrial stokers used with stationary boilers bear little resemblance to the locomotive types.
The most common locomotive stokers were made by Standard Stoker Company (made the MB, HT, BK, BK-1, HT-1), Duplex Stoker (later made by Standard Stoker), Hanna Stoker, Berkeley Stoker (both Hanna & Berkeley were very similar to Standard), Elvin and Street (last two were early oddballs).
