Those GP15Ts (which always seemed surprisingly unpopular) were the only ones without dynamic brakes. They really seem like they should be an ideal short line locomotive.

Also worth noting, since the mentions Class Is in comparison to the AN, is that the AN itself was a Class I until 1992 when the threshold was raised from $93.5 million to $250 million gross revenue.
