A thread below mentioned the 0-6-0F at the NARC facility in Elizabethton, TN.
I found the linked webpage as part of a new steam locomotive site; http://www.steam-locomotive.com/. This site is about the publication of a new magazine, but also contains information on the old ET&WC RR and Tweetsie shop.
The page shows a picture of the 0-6-0F taken in July, 1999. It also mentions that Carter County and Elizabethton both *TURNED DOWN* the locomotive, and that it is in danger of being scrapped if a new home is not found for it.
This would be a great acquistion for a RR Museum, and a shame if it is allowed to be cut up....
