They are wasting thier time doing anymore track work until a new lease is in place. From the sound of it,it appears that this operation has very short life span ahead of it.

OK I have gone back through pages worth of progress reports, but no info. here other than minutia about cutting trees, building a siding and replacing a crossing gate. Seems there is a railroad here of unknown length with an Alco, a couple of gons and two passenger coaches at one end, and a truss bridge and some equipment behind a fence at the other end with some impassible track in between. Then there was a cryptic post about some sort of lease renewal. Could the progress reports maybe expand a bit to discuss some of the broader goals of the railroad, current and future plans, what stands in the way of those plans, and who does own the railroad and what is this lease renewal all about?
