Yes, the lower right kills the mood of the picture (first picture). So I first deemphasized the area (second picture). I could have done more. Then removed the junk (third picture). I apologize to the photographer for touching his or her work, but wish he or she had fix their wonderful picture first. I am sure photographers of the past wish they had the tools we have today to improve our photography. All they had when making a print was "dodge" and "burn". I guess what I did to the second picture would be "burn".
Anyhow I leave it to you to decide if I improved the picture or not.
