Joe,

I see what you are saying. When you referred to the safety bar earlier, I was not realizing that it was the second drawbar. Having one pulling and the other as a backup is what I expected. Thanks for the information.

The amount of information one can gather from the group on this forum is simply amazing! My folow up question is to ask what ramafications there would be if the coupler went further bellow the typical draw bar location? It seems as though in the era of random styles of link and pin couplers lower heights were common?
