Post subject:  SP Shasta Route Postcard Book

Hello all.

While out antique shopping in Eastern WA, I came across (for $22) a soft-cover book from 1915, titled something like "Scenes along the Shasta Route". The book, published by Southern Pacific, is full of old postcards of that era. Some are missing, some are torn, but most are intact.

I doubt this book is worth much monetarily, but how much do you think it's worth historically? Is it a fairly rare artifact? Or, if donated to a museum that interprets the history of the SP, would it just end up in their "garage sale" pile?

-Input appreciated. :)
