Did the early Official Equipment Registers include passenger car rosters as well as freight car listings? If they did include the varnish, is there a concentrated collection of the OER's from the 1880's to the 1920's somewhere? When did the separate listing for passenger cars begin publication? Are those collected somewhere?
More specifically, I'm looking for the Nickel Plate passenger car roster from its opening in 1882 to as late as 1925.
