Post subject:  WABCo "3-AP Decelostat" questions/diagram

I'm looking for a diagram of a WABCo "3-AP Decelostat", preferably with parts labeled, in a pdf format. I have a photo of a diagram, but it is to small to make out exactly what I'm looking at. This is for work on the system installed on MILW X-5000

I would also like some tips on how to go about freeing these up, as I'm told that they are frozen up after not being touched since the car was donated to Illinois Railway Museum over 20 years ago. I have a photocopy of the "Instruction Pamphlet #5067-3" issued May 1948 covering the system's operation and testing, but I'd like to have some advice on how to proceed beyond "apply WD-40 and some muscle".

Also, does anybody have sources for the control lines from the mechanism on the axle to the master control on the truck? I'm told the existing lines work, but have taken a beating from the elements and should be replaced.
