Don't happen to have a shot of either of those Whiting Trackmobiles do you?? Didn't see any type of equipment roster on the website.

RCD -

Some kind of info about a second interurban car possibly coming to SFTM. Any word about that?

Thanks.

Les,
Fitchburg and Leominster (Mass) Street Railway No. 60, (Wason 1904), currently partially enclosed as a disused lakeside cottage, has been offered to us once we have covered storage for it.
Brief car barn update: The foundation is backfilled, the first layer of the floor is compacted, the floor drains are installed, the oil-water separator is installed, the restoration stall's ties are laid out and ballasted. The two #5 turnouts leading to the barn are mostly in place and awaiting tamping.

Thanks Sam. There was some kind of a story on FLICKR from a local newspaper, but for some reason, I couldn't pull it up. Glad to hear that the construction of the car barn is moving along nicely. As for F&LSR #60, I'm sure you guys will do a great job of eventually bringing her back to life.

I love that hack! Found more info on the donation and move along with some photos of her at the museum website: http://www.sftm.org/caboosepicts.shtml
