With information increasingly being released regarding new owners of Amtrak's former Heritage fleet that was auctioned/sold or in some reports cars donated to new owners, it would be beneficial to create a complete disposition roster of the heritage fleet that could be updated here.

Also, can anyone confirm that all cars were sold, or are there any left unspoken for still? I was in Beech Grove last year and many of the cars had clear reporting marks for where they were going.

The Oklahoma Railway Museum has purchased four ex-ATSF baggage cars: #1208, #1210, #1211, and #1250; as well as ex-ATSF dorm/sleeper #2515 Pine Arroyo.
I don't know about much else, but you might check out the "Amtrak By The Numbers" site page:
http://on-track-on-line.com/amtkrinf-amtrakbythenumbers.shtml

This site lists updates to a book listing Amtrak car dispositions since its creation, which was published in 2011. The page is updated semi-regularly (last update is listed as Jan 1, 2020). Go to the section titled "Heritage Fleet" and hopefully you find some of what you're looking for.

Just remembered, back in October the Santa Fe 3751 group purchased dorm cars #2506 and #2523, and baggage car #1161.

I believe the 576 group purchased at least one?

diner 8551 went to FWRHS (NKP 765). Renumbered back to its CZ/CBQ number 194. Originally the SILVER DINER.

FWRHS also obtained the following ACF flat sided baggage cars: 1252, 1255, 1257, 1261, 1265, and 1251. 1251 was transferred to Nashville Steam, #576.

Dorm car 2510 went to Michigan but as a courtesy the new owner is not being revealed, unless he chooses to do so.

I am going on a limb here to assume that Amtrak is getting rid of any and all vintage equipment past a certain age as a result of shifting business focus?

This was pretty much the "last hurrah" of the heritage fleet. Amtrak still has the Exhibit Train and a handfull of heritage cars used as training and special purpose cars. Maybe a dozen cars or so?

I remember a Trains magazine article circa-1990 that said Amtrak's plans were to eliminate all Heritage Fleet equipment by about 1995. It took them an additional 25 years, which I think is remarkable.

That being said, VIA's heritage fleet is still actively maintained and shows no signs of imminent retirement. (Budd's not making dome cars any more.)

At the very least, the Pacific Bend is still active, as it was part of the consist in the Acela II move a few days ago.

Does anyone know if any Heritage cars are still being used for axle count?

Supposedly the last Amtrak dome Ocean View #10031 went up for bid in Nov. 2019. Anyone know if it sold and who got it?

Hocking Valley bought one of dining cars and has been using it on specials the last 4 months.

The Steam Railroading Institute in Owosso, Mich ended up acquiring former Pacific Parlour cars 39970 and 39975 & heritage diners 8532 and 8550.

The Alexander Chapter-NRHS received diner 8504, ex CB&Q "Silver Restaurant."

It left Beech Grove at the end of November via CSX, was humped and badly damaged at Avon after crashing into a string of tank cars.

They actually got it on the road early last week, where it has limped along, bad order after bad order, where it FINALLY gets interchanged to NS tomorrow.

From there, it is only 50 miles away, but who knows when it might arrive.

It has been an experience, to say the least.
