Some projects start with empty shells. These are in Sand Springs, OK.

The Tulsa Trolley Restoration group has a Facebook page. The cars are inside a building and work is underway.

Very good timing. I forwarded this to people involved in our little startup project here, and they were pleased to find somebody else working on things as bad as ours.

What do you think is the best approach? One at a time, or all three at once?

If the cars are very similar, it makes sense to make the most of your setups when you mill new parts - might as well make all you need for all three. Whether you actually repair all three is more a marketing decision than a practical one. Having one done as a showpiece could be useful when working on funding the other 3. All else being equal, I'd do all three at once if at all possible.

Per the FB page, the 3rd car - the car painted in yellow primer, is to be used for parts to restore the 2 Tulsa cars.

Ah. In that case I would probably metal out both cars at once to stabilize them, and then at least cut all the rough bucks for the woodwork at the same time. Then I would probably focus on one. Quite an ambitious project if they do not have a parts stash.

As I recall, we had a "bucket case" thread a while back, of what was brought back from the brink.

I think if successful, this project would take 1st place.

Just helping out unofficially with a local project. They are primarily interested businessmen, and need a railroader to fill in some gaps. It's nice to keep a little bit involved.
