I have only just noticed something, and I want to state publically that I appreciate it.

The thread on the upcoming restoration of 2102 has been 'mirrored' to the Railfanning thread, without its being deleted from the Interchange. I was not aware that that could be done, or that certain past moderating strategies would make it so.

Having it both places ensures that both general 'communities' will keep up with the topics discussed, each community getting what it 'wants' out of the discussion, without having to have two disparate threads in two places to follow. Thank you, all of you that made this decision and implemented it.

Jeff Lisowski has done much of the heavy lifting. He is on top of stuff pretty quickly and is a welcome addition to the moderators.

Maybe it won't work out. But maybe seeing if it does will be the best adventure ever.
