Burnham, being closed by UP, once a very good shop for the Rio Grande, it kept the SP from going under by rebuilding all of the under-maintained SP SD40t-2s in the early 1990s, something like four a week for a while. I lived near there for 11 years, and actually worked at a Sears outlet store about 300 feet from it when I was a student. The city wants it out of there. As I recall the turntable was on the north side, near a redi-mix plant.

Does anyone else find it odd that the listing gives no details on the turntable, like its length? If it goes to a museum or tourist line please let me know, otherwise it is not of interest to me.

Working on a pc that I can't enlarge the jpg but looks like pretty complete drawings?

I zoomed in to 500% on the dimensions of the bridge but they're not absolutely clear
in that scan. It does have 3 numbers and looks like either 120 or 130 ft, but that's just a guess.
