SANTA'S ON HIS WAY! Sleigh is broken this year and Santa had to get alternative transportation. What is better than a wooden Freight Motor being towed by a bright red tow truck.

Scene is from 2010 and Shaker Heights Rapid Transit Boxmotor "OX" is being moved from the Cleveland RTA, who stored it for the Lake Shore Electric Museum (Trolleyville), to the Northern Ohio Railway Museum. OX was built in 1924 by the Kuhlman Car Company for Eastern Michigan interurban, then trundled off to the Northern Ohio Traction and Light interurban. Finally upon abandonment in 1932 she went to the Shaker Rapid.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Did 0X make its previous moves to new owners under power on it own wheels?
