Here is some information on Orton wreckers.

Orton built several diesel wreckers from the 1950s to the 1990s. Louisville & Nashville had 4 200 tons, Seaboard Coast Line 4 200 tons, Illinois Central 2 160 tons (S-305 & IC #X110>ICG #100410) & 1 250 tons (#X15>ICG #100418>CN #100418) http://keithsd45.rrpicturearchives.net/ ... ?id=125915 , Minneapolis & St. Louis Ry #X-11 1 160 ton with pile driver (12-56) and Canadian National had 3 42” gauge 60 ton (#3352, 3353 & 3354, blt 1958, scp 1989). Two diesel wreckers were built for the US Army, #C-1719N was a 50 ton convertible from 36” to 42” gauge and #C-1720B was a 75 ton. A lot of diesel wreckers were also built for export going to Brazil, Columbia, Korea, Mexico, Sudan Rys #20 (1 42” gauge, 65 ton) & Vietnam (4 meter gauge, 75 tons) that I know of.

Korean State RR had three 150 ton wreckers built in 1974, 1979 & 1991 and one 180 ton wrecker built in 1997. They are listed for sale here:

Brazil Brazilian railways purchased the following Orton diesel wreckers. Capacity converted from metric.
1949 three 220 ton (1.6m)
Between 1949 and 1957 six 75 ton (meter)
Between 1959 and 1960 15 75 ton (meter), one 125 ton (1.6m) and two 110 ton (1.6m)
1972 1 110 ton (1.6m) and 2 200 ton (1.6m)
1975 1 165 ton (1.6m)
1976 6 138 ton (meter)
1978 1 200 ton (1.6m)
