That would be Mike Gelhaus/Inland Pacific Rail (INPX), who owned 4 domes from the North Coast Limited: 2 dome chairs (coaches) and 2 dome sleepers. He also owned a NP Loch-series Slumbercoach, a NP Lewis & Clark Traveller's Rest*, a NP chair (coach), and one of the two SP&S sleeper buffet lounges built for the Portland section of the Empire Builder, the Mount St. Helens (the other car, the Mount Hood, is in Portland).

*Traveler in this case is spelled with 2 l's like it was in the journals of the Lewis & Clark Expedition.

Those cars were sold off or donated last year. There were four NP dome cars and they are going to 3 different new owners. All cars should be moved by June of this year.

Thanks, Topfuel, for posting the info! Are the other cars from the collection going to the same three different parties, or elsewhere?

The 313, 549, and the Slumbercoach were sold to the same party.

The Traveller's Rest, the 309, the 557 and the 581 were sold to 4 different people/organizations. Not sure everyone is OK with their names being known at this point so apologize for being vague about the new owners.

The Mt. St. Helens was donated to the group in Reardon, WA. It has already moved there.
