Stabilization work is being carried out urgently on the caboose, it was apparent that the main header beam had failed significantly under the cupola, and required replacement for about 9ft, this coupled with the fact that at some point the caboose had been dragged sideways by the man frame meaning that the cast upright pockets had been ripped out of the frame. We also removed the first of two floors inside.
