A short-lived tourist line in "da U.P." was the Keewenaw Central. Several pieces of equipment have been saved from this line, many or all at Mid Continent Railway Museum. One C&NW steam locomotive remains in derelict condition up there. This blog post told me more than I ever knew about the line before: http://www.coppercountryexplorer.com/2016/04/a-ride-on-the-keweenaw-central-railroad/ |

Here is the C&NW steamer you mentioned, lettered for NP for some reason: http://www.steamlocomotive.info/vlocomo ... isplay=651 |

The CNW steamer in question lost it's original tender (Due to deterioration?) And was replaced with a tender from a NP loco, explaining the Northern Pacific lettering. |
