While the Nickel Plate Historical & Technical Society have some of Clyde Helms photos, we have only a small sample of all he recorded. Has his collection survived? Is it in one place, or reposing in several location?

John Rehor had acquired many negatives (mostly of NKP steam locos and a few other subjects) from the widow of Clyde Helms. When John passed away, his widow sold many of these negatives to Jay Williams and Lloyd D. Lewis, and a few to me. Lloyd donated and/or sold many (all?) of his Helms negs to the Chesapeake & Ohio Historical Society; I don't know if C&OHS still has 'em or not. I have heard that Jay is selling-off everything, but don't know what Helms negs that Jay had originally, or what Helms negs he has remaining. I still have the few Helms NKP steam negs that I purchased from John's widow.
