The latter was fairly common on a number of Milwaukee engines, but I've never been able to find out what it was for. |

J3a-614: I'm not a collector of railroadiana, but if one of those Milwaukee Road headlights with the oversized number boards, with or without the square headlight frame, ever was available, I'd make an exception!
