caught by surprise watching news this commercial came up.

No idea who where how why it was shot produced, perhaps some of you out there know.

obviously Purdue Boilermakers, why the train scheme, nicely done.

I think the nose shot of the 'engine' with the "P" on it is their rubber tired mascot.

They put baseball caps on the cow catcher to indicate which teams they beat, but rarely are there very many.

Here's a pix of the Purdue "engine". Quite interesting; the center "drivers" raise for highway travel and it's built on a truck frame. It also has 7 different authentic RR whistles & bells, including a steam whistle. It was a real surprise when it pulled into our driveway one Friday evening! (A former student is one of the "engineers", who drives it to away games.)
