I fully understand this to be a cosmetic and local heritage restoration. I know many parts were "borrowed" from surviving NKP Berks to refurbish the 759, back in the 1970's. What is the operating potential in this, the "forgotten Berkshire"?

Keeping in mind that there is another Berk sitting in Sugarcreek, OH that the late Mr. Jacobson had a fondness for wanting to restore to operation as well - who knows if priorities on that have now changed, but it's probably too soon to speculate on that...

I found a neat write up on the events that led up to Mad River announcing 757 would be able to return home by Duane Fuehring of Mad River & NKP Museum.
