I happened to be thumbing through my 1927 Pyle-national catalog this morning looking for something else, and may have stumbled on some useful info for this post.

P-N Type Q turbo generator for train lighting
20KW
voltage:32,64,110 or 220vdc OR 32vac
height 25.5"
width 24"
length 52"
weight 1180lbs
steam supply 2"
exhaust 5"
3200rpm

This description certainly matches what is shown in the pictures. The catalog states that this generator was designed for branch and mainline passenger trains with an added lighting load per car.

Wow! Yes, that certainly seems like the model! Dimensions seem to match up. From the pictures, its reasonable to assume the exhaust line is approximately 5", and the supply to be the same as noted.

Very cool. Thanks!!
