I am looking for order books from the McGuire Cummings Car Company in the second decade of the 20th century for a research project covering the Tarentum, Brackenridege & Butler Street Railway Company. The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum is working on a book about trolleys in the Allegheny Valley and we have several different accounts of the roster for the TB&B. I have been in contact with both the Strahorn & Pullman Libraries at the Illinois Railway Museum, the University of Illinois Library and Archives and have searched online catalogs of the Chicago Public Library and Hagley Library in Delaware. Any assistance in this project would be greatly appreciated.

Shortly before the quit building cars in 1930 M-C became the Cummings Car & Coach Co. Plants were in Chicago and Paris, IL. Good hunting!
