Post subject:  Man in CT with a bunch of passenger cars in his yard?

I don't follow things as much as I used to, but in the 80s during my teens I subscribed to Railroad & Railfan magazine. There was an article sometime in the 1980s about an older gentleman that had all these heavyweight passenger cars he had saved and parked on his property, I want to say he was in Connecticut or somewhere in the North East.

Anybody know what I am talking about?

I know what you're talking about, just can't remember the who... If memory serves the collection is RMNE property these days.

I believe that was Jim Bradley. He lived along the shore and had quite a collection. Howard P and other active RMNE (Railroad Museum of New England; http://www.rmne.org) would have better information. Quick Google search found this old article:
