And the sad facts, after consulting the Waterville police...the seller and buyer and eBay are all cleared by the statute of limitations.
Frustrating as heck. If anyone knows of our plate or another of the same type, please let us know. It's not a functional piece, but it is part of the continuity of the locomotive's history and original fabric.
I hate it when the bad guy wins.

The cost of a law suit on our behalf, far exceeds the value of the plate, or even a reproduction. In the words of the pointless tautology, "It is what it is".
