Figured I'd pose this here, but was there ever any nomenclature that Vulcan used to designate it's different internal combustion locomotives, or did they just go by weight? On a second note, is there any listing of IC locomotives that Vulcan produced somewhere?

The Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania holds a large quantity of Vulcan records, including sales and engineering items. There was a system of designating the wide variety of internal combustion locomotives produced, but I am not familiar with it. The museum also has an 8-ton standard gauge gasoline 0-4-0 that was once the shop switcher at the Vulcan plant in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Some years ago, Thomas T. Taber produced a list of Vulcan locomotives by construction number, too.
