folks,
i have not seen any California locomotive listed so here is one. I have nothing to do with it; or its owners.

State Belt Railroad #4 is on a couple of flat cars in the old Bay Shore Roundhouse in San Francisco, CA. She is an H.K Porter or Vulcan Iron Works product I believe.

I can report on a success story. The Western Pacific #165 was badly displayed at the Alameda Fairgrounds; but she went to the Western Pacific Railroad Museum at Portola; where she is being restored to stea. Slow but sure as they say!
