Good morning from narrow gauge country!

Work is progressing well on our current rehabilitation project, D&RG Coach 292 with completion expected in mid May. I have included a few photos of the progress thus far on this 1881 Jackson and Sharpe car and hope all enjoy. My question to the group is the next project, coach 256 (Billmeyer and Small), will begin June 1 and our stock of original Buntin seat hardware will be mostly exhausted after the completion of 292. I have heard that patterns do exist for Buntin seats and would like to know which institutions to correspond with. Thanks to all for any information you can provide.

The SPCRR at Ardenwood Farm in Fremont has a set of patterns for Buntin walk over seats. I will PM you with a contact...

The D&SNG had some seat frames cast up when they restored the 257 and 291 years back
