Surprised to see the SD70MAC's. Less than 20 years old and KCS has been having Progress Rail modernize them to SD70MACe's. Since even some of those upgraded units are included, I'm assuming there was some dissatisfaction there with their performance and KCS is moving to eliminate them entirely? |

Why is a picture of BradleyDCC’s (Custom Ho builder) Sw1500 models used instead of the real thing? It seems like someone didn’t want to go out and take a picture of a real thing, so they stole someone else’s. |

Maybe that picture is way, way, WAY, better looking then any of the actual units? |

SW1500s seem tempting for a short line or preservation but from each of their description sounds like significant work would be involved. |
