Location: Somewhere east of Prescott, AZ along the old Santa Fe "Prescott & Eastern"
The Lebanon, Mason & Monroe Railroad in Ohio:

Included in the plans are replacement of two bridges on the (city-owned) railroad line.

What a great co-operative arrangement! Rare for all to benefit. Good that they are able to get along and work together. Would be nice for others to do likewise.
