I have built a prototype solid state "buzz coil" for our fairmont speeder. Since the museum wants to keep the speeder original it probably won't end up being used. I'm going to be building a couple of more of them anyway and offer them to anyone who wants one. They give off a really nastey spark and should work much better than the old ones. I live in Western Mass and next July will be at the Amherst Railway hobby show in Springfield. Would anybody be interested in one? |
