Post subject: Steam in 2004: Who's hot
PostPosted: Thu Dec 18, 2003 1:04 am

The Nevada Northern will be steaming up a storm in 2004. We have increased our steam days to four days a week Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday's during the summer. Locomotive 93 will be doing the majority of the work. Our steam crane project should be finished in the first part of the year. And then locomotive 40 should have fire in her belly by September. After 40 is up and running, its on to locomotive 81 another Nevada Northern 2-8-0. And if I can find the money, by 2007 or so it will be the steam rotary snowplow. This should be enough to keep our new Master Mechanic Jack Anderson busy.
