| Post subject: | last new welded boilers |
I was thinking about the posts on welded boilers. I was wondering does anyone know what the last all welded boilers or new shells were made for and when? The last ones I saw myself were made in the early 1950s for some 2-8-2s on the s&l . They ran real working steam until mid 1960s. bb |
