I'm aware of more than a few existing RR-operated hotels in the West, particularly affiliated once with UP, GN, and Santa Fe. What still exists in the way of former railroad hotels in the East? I can think of C&O's Greenbrier and FEC's Royal Palm. Others?

Hotel Pennsylvania across from New York Penn station was built by the PRR, architects McKim, Meade and White. Famous for it's association with "Pennsylvania 6-5000".
B&O's Willard Hotel in Grafton survives, and is now under redevelopment; see http://www.vandalia.org/grafton.htm
The Greenbrier is of course arguable still a railroad hotel, being owned by CSX.
