CNJ open window commuter coach 1007

Stored in fair condition under cover for many years at the North Carolina Transportation Museum, Spencer, N.C.

Excellent potential for a tourist railroad that needs a high-capacity car with character. Features wood inlay, four-wheel friction bearing trucks. Needs full restoration. Seats included.

Offers to purchase will be accepted through July 1 and presented to the museum foundation board on July 12.

Inspection: Make appointments through John Bechtel, (704) 636-2889, extension 260.

Offers to purchase should include price, demonstration that the buyer can move the car off the property within a reasonable time period, and restoration/use plans.
