Requires: the ability to read, understand, and comply with regulations and instructions; the ability to work in a physically demanding environment that involves the frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds, exposure to outdoor elements, bending, climbing and stooping to gain access to cars, etc; and experience and dexterity in working with basic hand tools.
