Members, I bought a GATX specification & drawing book a few years ago.

It's about 3" thick , is an old style 3” ring-binder, and has hundreds of standard GATX car parts drawings.

I suspect this was used by a GATX repair facility to repair the GATX rolling-stock in transit when a heavy repair facility was not an option. It was used to tell which cars used which off-the-shelf parts like ASF bolsters and other truck parts. I suppose it was mainly used in the swapping out of trucks, which must be GATX's way of making in-transit repairs, and the parts and info seem limited mostly to those parts.

I want this to go to a new home. I paid about $40 for it and that was in a larger purchase, but I will consider all offers and trades.

I'm a narrow-gauger, so NG is the sort of stuff I hope to receive in trade.
