I'm aware that old fire buckets may be fairly common, but I've got one that I have as of yet found another one like it.

While cleaning out a very old heart pine garage that my great grandaddy built in Goodwater, AL, I found this http://www.alabamarailpics.com/files/bucket.jpg fire bucket embossed CofGa for the Central of Georgia Railway that runs though this part of East Central Alabama from Columbus, GA to Birmingham, AL.

Have any of you seen one like this and, more specifically, any idea how much it might be worth. Not that I'm wanting to sell it, but it is nice to know what you have.

I have one just like it that came out of a depot. Mine is marked ICRR. I am told they were fairly common but have no clue how much it may be worth.

The Antiques Roadshow will be in Raleigh, NC, on 27 June, 2009. Sounds like a neat piece you have.
