The Mt. Tamalpais Interpretive Association and the California State Parks will formally open their new Gravity Car Barn / Museum on the East Peak of Mt. Tamalpais on Sunday, May 3, 2009 from 2 PM until 5 PM. The museum contains a replica Gravity Car, which demonstrates the cars which used to carry passengers from the summit of Mt.
