I just need one 30' length of 60 lb. ASCE rail, within a days drive of northeast Ohio preferable.

I don't know whether this needs to be new or relay rail, or what your budget is, but a crane rail supplier such as Atlantic Track and Turnout, which has a Pittsburgh office, should be able to help you.
