At the request of its largest shareholder, Captain Herman Bushman (USN, Ret.), the stockholders of the railroad are soliciting offers to purchase the railroad. It is desired that prospective purchasers agree to restore the line as an operating heritage railroad, not for scrapping. The attached pdf file contains the official announcement.
