I am forced to part with my N5b PRR Cabin Car. Built in May of 41'. Originally PRR 477680.
Renumbered 22797 for PC and retained the number through Ohi Rail years. Has friction bearings. I got bids on moving it and they ranged greatly, but you should figure on $10,000, maybe less, for a 3-4 hour trip by highway. Located in Eastern Ohio.
Unit is in fair shape. I am asking $9,000 or best offer. Would like to sell by March 1, 2014
Railroad will begin charging $10 per day storage on April 1, 2014.
